On October 4, 2021, United States District Judge, John A. Mendez ruled in favor of Christine “Chris” Bish and Ron Givens. Gavin Newsom’s taxpayer funded; CA DOJ attorney ignored the mask mandate in November of 2021 claiming Governor rescinded the emergency order.
