On October 4, 2021, United States District Judge, John A. Mendez ruled in favor of Christine “Chris” Bish and Ron Givens. In a 10-page order from the court it stated Plaintiffs remain under threat that Defendants will reinstate the challenged restrictions as the COVID-19 pandemic persists” https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/review?uri=urn:aaid:scds:US:6fb94b2f-9c9c-4e59-ae66-abf0142ef4c8

The trial of California Governor Gavin Newsom, California Attorney General is scheduled for September 19. 2022 https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/review?uri=urn:aaid:scds:US:1bf1ca54-1b51-43c7-8993-a85227824661.

Depositions for Christine “Chris” Bish and Ron Givens were revealing. Gavin Newsom’s taxpayer funded; CA DOJ attorney ignored the mask mandate in November of 2021 claiming Governor rescinded the emergency order. Yet California and every public school in California remain under a mask mandate that even Gavin Newsom ignores.
